I have, but not while peeing. My urine sometimes comes out at weird angles and I'd rather a pro who knows my penis (me) aim it. Hands down flaccid penis vs. hard is one of the most bewildering things to women.

One of my exes used to enjoy holding it for me, in fact, and did so relatively frequently.
