    If my partner could not have sex, I would not abandon them as long as they recognized that I still had a sexual need and would do whatever they could to help me with that. If they no longer cared about my sexual need, I would think that was a very selfish response and I would consider ending the relationship. . . because she no longer cares about the relationship as much as she cares about herself.
