Yes. (That's a joke.) Answer is both. But let's say in this hypothetical you get one shot at it, and then somebody's goona come banging on the door and time is limited... then answer is me on top. It's more active. It's not about control, just about really going for it, whatever it is that you want (which is most likely him.) And I don't think it's ever a bad thing for guys to know that the girl is really into him, into the moment. Guys have a very clear indicator of when they're into it. Girls do not. So her being on top lets him know that she definitely is.
