I have absolutely no reason nor a need to sit on any person's face. Sitting on a person's face may be very detrimental to that person, depending on the weight of the one sitting on a face.

Not only would you risk to suffocate that person, making you a first degree murderer if sitting on a person's face was premeditated and causing the death by suffocation.

I am not a criminal and neither do I have the urge to spend the best part of my life in jail just because I mistook a person's face for a chair.
