In our case I was considering it because "normal" vaginal sex doesn't work because many times she is ill in there, like an infection that sometimes women have.

I encourage her to go to doctor and try to figure out how to prevent the infections, the immune system is not that good. Also I can't have unprotected blowjobs and she physically can't give boobjob
