0.1% is dependent on physical body and 0.1% exists on the pain/pleasure dualism. So much suffering already that nothing is pure pleasure or a bliss, everything is an illusion and fleeting.

These things can't be expressed through a language because language is an outside world construct. Tell the sense of sight to stop seeing in English and it won't understand.

It's general to every activity out there: food, socialization, beverage, sleep, friends, movies, painting, excretion, breathing, yoga, exercise, meditation, studying, porn, wealth, affection, sex, aesthetic/physical makeup, video games, browsing internet, drugs, alcohol, music, typing useless advice like this, practically whatever is outside.
