What you describe might sound cool since you only describe what you see as benefits. But as anything in life there are also cons from a guys point of view. What I mean is you having multiple wifes also means that you have to be very successful in terms of business, you have to be able to please the women all modern society would allow them to leave you at any given moment.
It would lead to stress because you need to invest time in family as well. It might sound good as a thought experiment but the effort you have to invest as a guy to keep such a family going is very high. Besides it not being socially acceptable.
Hell no. One is enough. In today's world a man struggles to take care of his own self let alone a wife who has needs and wants. Why multiply the trouble?
