I don't blame you for wanting to get off of birth control if it's causing you pain and side effects. Using condoms, doing oral, anal or mutual masturbation are also fun alternatives.
You may have to stop equating getting his ejaculate in your vagina to being a Whore though. That seems like a big problem.

Can always just consider a different birth control method like an IUD. Those don't really hurt aside from insertion and maybe some early inflammation that goes away.
