Nowhere. Nobody talks about it on the internet. Lots of research on prolactin driving cancer growth, and prolactin prevents fat burning, increases estrogen receptors. Prolactin elevates every time you coom. A lot. 4 times as high when you coom with a woman than when fapping, BUT at least her pheromones trigger androgen secretion so it evens out. Try cold showers. Portable ice packs, or portable coolers themselves. Coolers can work by convection with cold air, but that takes more space and energy. Easier to use direct appliance of multistage peltier element coolers at low power for higher COP. After a lot of experimentation I found what will be the most convenient for the average person, even if you work 9-5 job you can easily do the cooling, cool down real cold and in 30 minutes they will be hot again craving another cooling.

First of all try doing it with cold water and ice packs and see how it works for you. If needed I can further assist in building a cooler. It can be as simple as attaching the restroom cold water outlet to a hose that goes into your pants, there happens heat exchange with peltier modules moving heat away from your testes and to the cold water, getting your testes 30 degrees colder than the temperature of the water coming out of the outlet, as the water turns hot while running through the aluminum block which connects to the peltier coolers which touch your testes. Then the water exits the block into another pipe and flushes down the sink. I think it's doable, and is not difficult to operate, at least you get to cool as many times as you enter the bathroom at work. Otherwise you can carry around a radiator dissipating it into the air, but that's not convenient for most.

With this method it will be tricky getting the faucet adapter for some... there are countless methods. First try ice packs and see if it's beneficial enough to try a more convenient method.
