ZMA SEX DREAMS?

I started taking ZMA,Its basically zinc and magnesium and B-6 vitamin and well its been making me have pretty vivid sex dreams I don't know if this is an official side effect, but its supposed to help testerone levels stay high while you sleep And well, i think because of that i am having these crazy sex dreams! Has anyone taken ZMA that has experienced the same thing?

Yes! I'm taking it to boost energy but it's been giving me the most vivid sexual dreams, some very bizarre!

Yes it does, it's a side effect. Very lucid dreams.

They're not happy sex dreams though. They are creepy. I'm trying to escape in them.

I understand you completely actually, mine are pretty intense, not creepy but violent almost...
