5. He’s a bad kisser.
If a guy is a sloppy or awkward kisser, chances are, he’ll be sloppy or awkward when he gets down and dirty. The good thing about this scenario is that with the right instruction, he can improve over time.

4 is complete bullshit. NOBODY looks good when squatting or deadlifting anywhere near 1rep max. You clench your teeth, face gets all swollen and red and your eyes are about pop out. Only metrosexuals and shallow bitches who wear makeup even in gym satisfy your criteria in this matter.

About the Take, I agree 100% with it, besides #1. Being a bad dancer doesn't necessarily means he's bad in bed.
Number three is the only one that really has the potential to hold any water in my opinion, and even then SOME (not all, or a majority, or even many) women might like that.
