I don't play video games or have an xbox etc but since it appears that they do really have XXX or other adults only rated games, what is the appeal? .. is it the same as watching porn?

Yes, mostly for PC, since consoles have pretty strict guidelines in most regions. Although the playstation has actual porn in Japan, so there's exceptions. Some of it is 3d, some 2d, there's plenty of both. Definitely not the games I make, lol.

I prefer MMO type games where there's another person controlling the other character (s) you interact with. I've played Second Life a lot for that, there's a lot of people who are pretty bad at it but the good ones can make for a hell of a hot time.

Well there are, but there aren't many high-quality ones since funding such projects is really hard, there are nice small adult games which have mobile ports and such, but they are solely funded by patreons and their fans, the 3D ones sometimes lack a feel of sexiness and they're mostly lackluster, and the sad part is that there's no way for these lovely projects to get any actual funding since the demand isn't as high as actual porn, o what a sad world we live in
The small ones make me happy though, so I'm grateful ヘ (￣ω￣ヘ)
