Sexual Health "With Ohio’s new six-week abortion ban in place, a Democratic state lawmaker says it’s time for the Ohio Legislature to give consideration to her bill that holds men, who cause an unintended pregnancy, responsible whether the sex that led to the pregnancy was consensual or not.
Sen. Tina Maharath (D-Canal Winchester) said her bill would allow anyone who becomes pregnant to file a civil suit against the person who impregnated them — even if it happened as a result of consensual sex.
“Regardless of the circumstances. I felt it was important to have that vague language due to the fact that abortion is now banned here in the state of Ohio,” Maharath said."

If what you said is true, abortion isn’t banned, the female and/or couple has 6 weeks.
With that said, if the pregnancy moves forward, not sure a civil suit is required….. what should be required is reasonable child support (based off wages of both)…. or they could always get married if appropriate.

Jews don't believe that life begins at conception, we believe it begins at birth. Therefore, overturning roe, and it now becoming illegal in all red states, most likely, is a direct violation of the first amendment. Wasn’t this already asked a few weeks ago? I’ll answer it like I answered the other one, that wouldn’t work because if a woman was sleeping with 4 dudes and ended up pregnant then she couldn’t just sue all 4 guys. The person who came up with this is stupid
