with going sugar free i had to fight the temptation to eat chocolate for a while but now when i see it i dont even regard it as food... i could never do the same with porn though. when i see porn i never fight the temptation to masturbate
Think that's where my mom is with the chocolate... Since being diagnosed with diabetes around Thanksgiving time, she's been battling giving up her not so great eating habits
thats a good incentive though.. for me it became easy once i saw my middle age spread fall away

I'm extremely good at ignoring temptation. If I decide I'm leaving that alone or only spending this much money or avoiding a tempting situation then it's in stone. Of course I have my vices that others would say I gave in to temptation but it's not something I'm tripping on so it's just something I like and if I ever decide I need to stop eating my tridactyl eggs then I'll stop but it ain't happening anytime soon.
