My most recent temptation is going back to smoking because of stress, at the moment I've been resisting it.
Hope long did you quit for? And try to resist. Giving up smoking is so hard and if you accomplished that, that's awesome
Thanks! I'll really give my best to avoid doing it again. I stopped smoking regularly in 2016 but I had a few "accidents" here and there... currently I haven't smoked since may.

Last time I was tempted was this afternoon. I was tempted to have sex with someone I have built a rapport with. Someone I know well. I didn't out and out "Reject" her. I just side tracked the convo. Her facial expression told me she knew what I was doing 😔. For that I feel bad.
