Kind of, sort of, but not really. I mean it's not like we flip a switch or press a button and say cum now. There are a lot of things that guys can do to try and make themselves last longer, but for the most part it's more like a reflex when we ejaculate, and it only happens when we climax. If we're wearing a condom it'll oftentimes decrease the sensitivity and make us take longer in order to cum. I've also noticed that if I focus on the motion of thrusting rather than the actual sensation itself I usually last longer too. Sometimes if you stop moving when you feel like you're about to cum you can postpone it a little longer, but usually when I try that she keeps moving and I end up cuming anyway. Other than that there's not really a lot we can do to control when we cum.
