Yes. An erection is involuntary, so anytime a woman has sex with a man when he says no, it's rape. There is an unfortunate amount of sexual abuse from women to young boys (often family or babysitters) that needs to be stopped.
Also, if I could punch everyone who says it's "cool" when a grown woman has sex with a young teen boy, even consensualy, I would. While a 12-16 year old boy may get excited about the idea, the crazy bitches who do this stuff often mess with their heads because only weird, emotionally unstable, manipulative adults would have sex with a kid that age.
I have to disagree with you on the last part. 16 years old to me is the age where we are old enough to consent. Even though I'm 15, and some women said she wants to have sex with me, in all honesty that would be the best day of my life. But I would be going against my own philosophy.

Yes. I generally find gals raping guys is more believed than guys raping gals. The view on female rape seems to be 'most are false accusations of bitter gals getting revenge or drunk gals that can't accept responsibility and the very few that are real are either sluts or stupid gals who wouldn't have been raped if they did X, Y, Z' while the view on male rape seems to be 'it happens all the time and most are unreported because of the stigma'.

I agree with you that most men that are raped go unreported but I have to disagree with you on the female part. Women are not mostly responsible for when they are raped while drunk. An intoxicated women cannot consent to a guy and vice versa. The part where you say most are false accusation is where a totally disagree. Are some accusation false, yes. Are most, of course not.
What you're disagreeing with aren't my opinions/views but what seems to be the general view as in what the majority of society thinks. You seem to be quite a rarity to also think gals aren't responsible for when they are raped while drunk and that most accusations aren't false. Of course general society would think like that. My age has nothing to do with my decisions and views. What I view is what the law says. If a person is imapered to give consent then it is rape. I am someone who supports ending domestic violence and sexual assault. A show called Law & Order: Special Victims Unit opened me up to the problems rape victims face against the public and defense attorneys and the endless backlogs of rape kits. What I am saying is, is that society needs to stop putting the blame on the victim saying stuff like she asked for it and start putting the blame on the offender.

Morally, yes. Legally, it depends on the jurisdiction. In the jurisdictions in my country (the UK), women legally can't rape men. This isn't an old loophole or something like that, by the way. This was a law passed in 2003 by legislators who claimed to be for 'gender equality'!
