Blacking out memory wise doesn't mean you weren't walking talking and proactively doing things at the time. It doesn't even mean someone assaulted you nearly passed out - you could actually rape someone while so drunk you dont remember it.

Yes it happens all the time to both men and women.
Fortunately when it happens to women even if they consented while drunk, it's considered rape by society and the male is considered the rapist, even if he also was to drunk to think straight or make rational decisions.
Drinking any amount of alcohol removes women of all responsibility for their choices.
Being black out drunk as a male still holds him accountable for every decision and choice he makes, even if he can't remember it.
