It is 13 minutes to 4 am here. And I need to be awake at 8:30-9:00. I think I answered your question. I can two days without sleeping but on the third day I might drop or experience serious side effects while awake.
1 1 1 0I am almost certain I won't manage to sleep before 6 am or skip it entirely today today even though I have had a busy routine this week.
Why can't you sleep? You don't take meds or anything? ☹️
@Account Oh perfect, you got 14+ hours then!

Yes, but my tolerance seems to be waning.
The longer i go on too little or no sleep, the worse i feel compared to the last time i went too long with too little or no sleep.
It happens a lot because i’m naturally a night person, but i have been working early shifts for decades. Pretty much every night of every weekend i stay up way too late. Making my first day back to work an ungentle wake-up call, literally. Ell oh ell!0 1 0 0Sleep is essential for various physiological processes, including memory consolidation, cognitive functions and physical health. It can affect your judgment, coordination, and reaction times.
When I was evacuated from Afghanistan, I was literally awake close to 30 hours, and the last few hours I just couldn't concentrate and felt I was intoxicated.

2 days tops and I only know because my flight to Addis was delayed by 2 days and I didn’t sleep the night before. Considering I’d never fallen asleep on a plane before ever, I fell asleep the whole 13hrs. Missed all my meals and snacks. We landed, people deplaned and I was woken last.

0 1 0 0About 3 to 4 days
1 1 0 0I feel like you are ODing it
Back then for a long ass time that was my norm. Sleep was almost non existent, and what sleep I did manage I had nightmares unless I was drunk or collapsed
That is weird, did you do any research on it?
Yes, the job I have had for many years often requires working in the middle of the night, after putting in a normal day's work. I've been able to do that, but when I get home around 8am (which means I've been up from about 26 hours), I hit the sack and sleep until mid-afternoon.
0 1 0 0It is possible. I have done dusk to dawn war rooms on IT issues and been in the next day at work. Think my max so far has been 3 days.
0 1 0 0No I can’t I struggle
0 1 0 0Honestly, I'm getting old cause it's getting harder lol
At like 8/9 at night I am sleepy
I struggle to even sleep sometimes I will go to bed and my mind flicks a switch and says let’s keep Lauren up and other times I’m just so tired I’ll be able to be out like a light in a seconds
Yes, it doesn't happen too often, but 24 to 36 hours happens every so often.

0 1 0 02 days or so
0 1 0 0O used to have lots of all night car rides so I regularly went a couple of days with no sleep/..
0 1 0 0Driving with zero sleep is wild, I ran into someone doing that once
I used to see little men by the side of the road. When I would turn to look they would be gone.
I have lived with a lack of sleep for over 20 years, so probably days.
0 1 0 0Oof dayum
Yeah if I have to. I’ve gone 3 days no sleep, but normally by the 2nd night it’s a hell of a struggle to stay up
0 1 0 0I've done over 96 hours at a stretch - replacing engines in trawlers, usually Thursday afternoon through to Monday Morning.
0 0 0 0Yes but I’m not happy when that happens
