I really haven't noticed a face flush but yes a tingly sense heightened feeling, I become very focused on my physical body and how good physical pleasure or a release could be - As you said in your update, sitting in your office and you got a message from someone promising something when they see you that night or next time you meet and it is hours away "Where was I? - Focus - This data report is really really interesting, I am so looking forward to analysing it - Maybe I'll get a cup of water from the cooler first to gather my thoughts"

It happens to men, too, but women tend to get a much more pronounced flush on the upper body, neck, and face. I find it very erotic.

yes it does, for me anyway. face gets really hot and it seems like I am blushing. rest of body gets tingly sort of lame kind of. not lame in a bad way though but in a horny type way.
