Clearly is, I mean you're touching another guy's genitals, that's pretty much a big part of the definition of gay.
If you're attracted to the idea of your penis touching another penis, then yes that's gay.
If in your mind that's just a by-product so to speak, then no it's not gay.
But obviously if you're attracted to women, then you're either straight or bi, not gay.
