Its like any physical interaction - It can go full range - If you put in the time, the mental and physical effort, it can be off the charts - Most of us don't have the time or inclination , could get messy with baby oil or something - For some reason with another person, you make time but with masturbation maybe once twice a month a OMG session if you are single, the rest of the time maybe getting 3/4 hitting 5/6 a few times, if in the mood getting 7/8 and now again "I am really going for it, a 9/10"
