It depends on the quality of the tits in question. Not all fake tits are created equal. Some are lovely, and some aren't or are too big. But generally speaking, in broad strokes, bigger tits are more attractive than flat or tiny ones, so I'm a proponent of fakes if that's what the girl in question wants.
