provided we're both able to regularly have a pleasurable experience when we have sexual encounters together. I wouldn't really need to masturbate if we're having sex a few times a week or more.
2 - 3 times a day self service.
2-3 times is a little bit a lot for me (considering my libido) so gonna ignore that one. I rarely feel the need to so maybe once a month
I masturbate multiple times a week regardless of other sexual activity. I might do it more if stressed. On the other hand, I might do it far less if I'm significantly stressed and forget to practice good self-care.
