How to truly measure my penis size?

Question

I'm confused.. everyone says you should measure with BPEL (bone pressed) method, which to me doesn't make any sense because when I do BPEL ruler goes 2 cm deep and my penis is 17 cm, wheres if I measure only visible part its about 15 cm. So why does everyone say penis has to be measured Bone pressed and is my penis actually 17 cm then?

Measuring your penis correctly is no different to how you would measure anything else correctly. The correct way to measure the penis is simply to use a ruler positioned the top of the penis from the base (where the penis is attached to your body) to the tip. Positioning the ruler at the top of the penis is preferred over side positioning because cheating is more difficult through this method. A man measuring from the side could easily slide the ruler past his balls to get a higher measurement. When measuring the penis, using the "bone pressed" method is preferred by medical professionals because some people have a fat pad around the groin area that can obscure much of the penis depending on how thick the fat pad is. Too many men exist with fat pads for this method to not be considered.

If a man with a thick fat pad measures his penis using the non-bone pressed method, he would be leaving out much of his penis. A man in decent shape with no visible fat pad has no real reason to measure his penis using the bone pressed method. In fact, him doing so could result in him "cheating" to add extra length to his size. Simply place the ruler on the area where the penis attaches to the base and measure without pushing the ruler inside you. The image below is a good illustration. Look at the image and note how the ruler is positioned. The ruler is placed against the body, shows the pubic bone area, and uses dotted lines to illustrate pushing the ruler in the fat pad. Simply put, if you have a fat pad, push the ruler as illustrated by the dotted lines. If you're in decent or great shape without much of a fat pad, simply measure as illustrated without the dotted lines. As for your size, whether you measure 6 inches or 6.6 inches, I still rank your penis size as medium-sized/average.

I'm confused as to why 2cm is so important to you. I mean 2 cm isn't even an inch.  Why is it that important to you?

There all wrong. The best way is actually to stick it in a woodchipper and measure the pieces that come out. If you need more direction im happy to help 😛

You measure your penis by starting half-way up the taint, once around the balls to just past the head. Obviously you need a flexible measuring device.
