    That being said, do what you want.

    We all have parts of our bodies we are insecure about and what's sad is that there are people who will be attracted to us specially for those features. You do realized there is a category in porn for long nipples or large areolas because men and women are sexually aroused by that unique feature.

    I would encourage you to embrace how you were created and love yourself.

    That said I don't know of any surgery that would actually be able to change the size of your nipples.

    Also, do you mean the actual nipple or the areola? I'm assuming you mean the areola.

    Think about it logically. In order to shrink them you would have to cut a lot of the skin away. And you can't just leave the skin open so you either have to graft skin onto it from somewhere else which will probably have really gross scaring.

    OR they will have to remove breast tissue as well around the area they took the skin from in order to sew it to the "new" areola. Which will also probably leave noticable scars that really don't look very good either.

    I really can't believe that your nipples are so incredibly large that 99.99% of guys wouldn't love them.

    Different guys have different preferences. But know that a lot of guys are dazzled by large, succulent nipples, which are quintessentially feminine.

  • Please don't. Many men like dark, thick nipples and areolas. Unless they are injured or disfigured in some way. Even then, a good man will ignore that.

  • Without seeing them, I would discourage changing them. I once had an encounter with a girl who had large breasts and areolas, but her nipples might as well have been painted on. They were hard to find and nothing stimulated them. But ultimately, it is your decision.

    There are many benefits and risks with any body modification. But once it’s done, there’s no turning back. I’ve spent much time considering this myself and it’s hard to be sure that’s what you really want

  • Please don’t. Large areola and nipples are gorgeous. Surgically reducing them will be weird/worse.
