My way of letting them know is I wear boxers, or no underwear in sweatpants, basketball shorts, pajama pants, or anything with those kind of material, and people can see it bounce and swing around. I am modest and shy though, so I cover it up sometimes by wearing boxer briefs and darker clothing,. Tight or snugger jeans could work also, but to warn you some woman may want you for your dick, just as men want women for there boobs.

It may be weird but it works and woman have told me in the past that's how they found out I was well endowed. All your perspectives on short guys are wrong, because I have been really successful with women in the past. I has a lot of confidence back then where I didn't care and women picked up on that and found it attractive. If you have that, and you are semi attractive, most women would not turn you down. Just from my experiences.
