If a decent-looking woman in her 20s tried to have sex with any random man on the street, how long do you think it would take her to succeed?

There's a comedy movie that someone I know, an actress, did like ten years ago. The premise of the movie was that a girl raised in an isolated virgin cult, who was waiting to be married before leaving her virginity, leaves and discovers the big city. Her ideas of romance and committed relationships become jaded as she grows cynical, so she tries to lose her virginity to the first guy she can, all complete strangers and she's willing to be with literally any straight male willing to do the deed. But she always fails.

The "joke" is that it's a lot harder for any woman to get laid in the real world than it seems. If a woman tried to tell any man "please have sex with me," it wouldn't work out automatically as most of us men assume. Many of the men wouldn't be single, and some would assume there's something wrong with her or she's trying to con or scam them. Some might think she's psychologically insane, and others might think she's a hooker or has STD's or something. Some men might not even think she's their "type," or good enough looking for their standards.

I don't know if I agree with that, though. I think it would take a woman only an hour or two to get laid if she was willing to take literally any heterosexual adult male. But what do you guys think? How long would it *realistically* take for a "6 or 7 out of 10" girl in her mid twenties to get laid with literally any male stranger willing to do it?

  • I'd normally say 5 minutes.
    Then it depends on how knowledgeable the dude is of today's typical women's woes and behaviour.
    One who followed the other gender's escamotages these last 10-15 years would probably not trust any woman that they haven't personally chosen and thoroughly vetted.

  • Less than an hour depending on where she is and who she ask.. And how seductive she is. Sure a lot of guys would be cautious, but it wouldn't take long for her to convince some dude to be down..

  • People can spot desperation pretty quickly and desperation usually triggers a warning bell. There's a reason for being desperate and most assume there must be an ulterior motive for why they are. It's almost as if it's too good to be true, then it probably is.

    It's easier to get sex for women when it's the guys idea. Because if you come on too eager than they assume you've done this a lot and it becomesa turn off. But there are guys who don't care and just want to get laid as well.

    • That only applies to women, though. Desperation is a non-issue for men. Especially since VERY few women (let alone decent looking ones) are desperate, if any at all.

    • You have a better idea than I with being a man and all lol. But most of the guys I hung out with said that they more liked the challenge. It was an ego boost. Said it was actually annoying when a girl was desperate. But then again that was only a handful of dudes lol.

    • Those guys are Chads. Only like 1-5% of men "like the challenge." Sure it makes some men suspect if a woman gives it up too easy ("she's a whore"), but most men can't just go out and get a woman whenever they want.

  • Its harder then men make it seem, but a hell of a lot easier then women claim. It would take a few hours I think and the reason is less to do with whether or not a man would be willing so much as him suspecting her. The fact is women don't go out and give sex, so a woman who is trying to do that is immediatley suspect, its assumed she is either insane or its a scam or what have you. It would actually take her less time if she sat down with a guy and talked to him for a bit, once his mind is at ease I think a lot of men would be more willing to have sex with a random woman.

    Personally, I think it would be stupid of the guy, go for some one of value not just some random woman, but that doesn't mean other men are going to care about a high value woman and relationship more then the ease of casual sex.

  • This question has been asked a lot for the past 30-50 years. Changing societal mores will have an effect on the results. What I am referring to are feminism and MGTOW. Both of these will play a significant factor in the way the people are being asked and the answers they will give.
