  • Look masturbation in moderation helps clean the pipes but if its to much its harmful. The reason why its harmful is because orgasm releases dopamine and when its constantly released it desensitizes the dopamine receptors. When Your dopamine receptors gets fucked up then that means sex is less enjoyable and Your penis gets desensitized and sex doesn't feel as good. The reason I know this is because I had a porn addiction for years and lets just say vaginal sex didn't do it for Me because I couldn't orgasm so I started to need anal to get off. Now when Me and the EX split up She said one of the reasons We did was because of the porn and I was so devastated that I quit cold turkey. After I quit porn several months later I had sex with the EX again and lets just say it was the best feeling sex I ever had in My life so now when I find another lover I'm quitting cold turkey and She will be My only sexual outlet.

  • Well, you might want to decrease how many times you masturbate. That really sounds like hypersexual behavior, and a good doctor's/therapy appointment should get it sorted out. It's not bad, but can be hella inconvenient for day to day life.

    However, stopping can actually harm your body. It's good to masturbate, as it relaxes you and provides quite a few benefits.
