Is it bad idea to tease a guy without having intentions of going any further?

Teasing like acting all gorgeous sexy showing skin (not at all in slutty way but sweet obvious way) but not letting him touch her... ... or touching him caressing him on his back, his neck and sometimes his thighs but not above thighs (his private parts) though... ... and much more 🤭☺️ ... ... nothing is too openly but in fun teasing manner

With guy in relationship obviously but what if she have no intentions of going further yet?

From a guy's perspective yes it is bad. Most guys aren't going to enjoy that if nothing is going to happen. Fun for you, not for him. Think of it in the reverse, if a guy got you all hot and bothered, but nothing else happened.

And if you do plan to do it, make it known to him before you start that nothing is going to happen any further, then it's his choice if it continues or not.
