  • Dirty? I wouldn’t call it that. It’s a little messy, but sex is messy anyway.

    I’m not sure that I “like” the blood. It’s not a fetish, if that’s what you mean. It’s more like I don’t *mind* the blood. It can act like additional lubricant, so that’s nice.

    The base of the penis can get blood caked on it. The shaft and head are usually clean.

    I’ve been told it can alleviate cramps. And sometimes she’s really horny during her lady’s days. So if she wants to, I’m happy to oblige.

  • If a woman is otherwise clean then it's no big deal. How much blood depends on the woman. It can range from hardly any to a tor****. use of a napkin prior can reduce the blood a little. But be warned, a lot of guys don't like this and in some countries it's a huge taboo.

  • How do you mean dirty? It will get a lot of blood on things, but it is not wrong to do it. I do not like or dislike the blood. It is natural and it is just there. With the in and out action of the penis, it all gets covered in blood.
