You’re thisclose. She sees you but they don’t stop. Do you leave immediately or finish what you came to do? Do you talk about it later or let it go?

Awkward! She didn’t seem to care so I guess it would be your call. If you urgently needed to get something done or get to a class or appointment I’d just stay and let them go. If you could wait, I’d leave assuming they didn’t continue forever and you could come back in a few. Of course if you keep coming back that’s even more awkward. No win
