Question

So I've had lot of problems in the past with my husband on sex hook up sites. Well he dont do it anymore. But he still looks at porn, witch isn't the peoblem. The problem is i have to basically beg for sex. Ill do little things here and there to throw hints. And even if he does get turned on by me, he will still go to the nxt room or outside and say he is doin something and he will watch porn, then sometimes mayb that night he might have sex with me, when he doesn't he falls asleep and moans in his sleep, and touches on his self. My question is if he's turned on by me why does he still go watch porn and not have sex with me. I know it sounds crazy. But im really at a lost im confussed

It does sound like he is somewhat addicted to it. The problem with using porn too much, is the brain can become desensitized to normal visual stimulation, and as time goes on the visual stimulation needs to be greater and greater. Real life just can't compete with that. Dopamine release while not addictive does build a tolerance in the brain, therefore seeking more stimulation to receive the same feeling of euphoria.
He needs to acknowledge there is an issue and get help to find out the route cause of why he started doing it in the first place. Couples counseling wouldn't be a bad idea either.

I don't know. I like porn and watch it in relationships but I’ve never done it over sex. My 2 long term gfs wanted me to watch porn because I needed it more then they wanted it. Never been an issue here! I don’t get that. Maybe once in a while go the porn route if you just want to be quick and easy. I don't know.

Sounds like he is addicted to the fantasy of porn, maybe you need to spice it up a little with toys or bondage, find out what he likes on porn and see if you can fulfill the fantasy
