Christians are not sin-free, no human is. Being a Christian means accepting Jesus as Savior, not necessarily changing behavior to conform to a set of rules. Christians should ideally be sinning less frequently, but cannot be completely sinless. Their sin (past, present and future) is covered by Jesus' blood.
Now... every single person has sexual desire, and struggles with temptation (especially teenagers and young adults). I haven't met anyone in high school or college who hasn't had sex, or has talked about it or their desire for it. Even lifelong virgins want to do it at least once. Some wait until marriage, some don't.
Those who cave to temptations are not to be shamed. That is doing them a disservice. It is also a disservice to the church. God is Love and Love always trumps hate.
