Sexual Health My student wants to have sex with me. What should I do?

Before anything, I've been her college professor for two semester already. I always noticed she kept smiling at me, laughing at every one of my bad jokes, she would get super nervous everytime I came around to check her work. I always want my students to succeed and for that reason I've kept myself professional regardless of the things she would do, she's not so good in math but she's really good in other subjects. The problem is that I really like her , she's beautiful, smart, she's successful with her own business. Now she's been stuck in my mind for almost a year. I have refused not only because she's my student, it's against college policy, but also because I'm older than her. Yesterday she arrived before class to ask for help so I sat down infront of her desk to show her how to solve the math problems and she did something unexpected. She placed her foot in between my legs while I was talking. She then said in a low voice that she had always liked me & that she would love tohave sex with me and to forgive her imprudence if she was disturbing me. I could tell she was nervous, she even blushed and confesses her friend had advices her to be straight forward with me. I stood up immediately and pretended that didn't happen, but I can't help it, I really like her and I would love to take her on a date, is just that I don't know if I should. It's not worthy jeopardizing your job over sex/dating.
Tell her maybe once she's out of your class and you're no longer her professor you can consider it, but otherwise it's just too risky.
Say u would like to talk to her after class. Act like its serious and then kiss and make out with her.
