To be perfectly honest it looks 3D animated.

I mean you have the woman on the right with paperwork as if she's outside the boss's office waiting for permission to enter. You have the two on the left who are not even paying attention. And then there's the fact that the naked woman? skin tone has the typical abnormal gloss/sheen of 3rd animated people.
