Thank you to all who answered. My wife and I took away all electronics and plan on having them earn it back. They have also lost privilege to have a door. They also must help out with babysitting their brother, do more chores and we are signing them up to do volunteer work. They dont go back to school until September 6th. They are not allowed to go over to any friends houses either. My wife and I showed them videos online of child abductors because teenagers put their info out on the net.

I would take any electronic away for a good couple of months. Make them do community service or get a job if they dont already have one. Have a stern talk about why this isn't acceptable. I let my mom read this question and she said she would remove any access to the internet and take away all electronics for a good year. I can start hanging out with friends starting in October, and only then can they come over and my mom said she would monitor us and take away their phones before they even step foot into the house. The door would be removed to my room, and anything fun. There would only be clothes and a bed. She also said that they can start earning back privileges such as TV or an 10-15 minutes computer usage in the living room starting in January.
Are your twins named Aaliyah and Priyah? If so, i'm pretty sure I've seen them on there! They are very beautiful girls by the way. I like their style. I dont think they should be stripping though.
