Nature never intended humans to reproduce beyond the age of 30. It intended them to procreate between 15 to 30. This is why after 30 everything in the body begins to rot and decay. The body becomes unattractive, the face becomes ugly. This is nature telling you "Don't have sex with this person!"

1. The human brain doesn't fully mature until about 25-26 years old. Until then, people don't have the full capacity to make wise decisions through the use of the "executive decision" area of their brains.

You'll notice we talk down to nursing home patients like they're little infants precisely because they have the minds of little infants. Brain maturity isn't something that peaks at 25 then stays a straight line, it starts going in reverse after 30. I am 31 and I admit this.
