Sexual Health Guys, Small boobs make me feel insecure during sex... any optimistic outlook?

My friends tell me that I am a very pretty, and over the years I have come to feel confident in myself - except for one thing, my breasts. I have very small boobs, they can barely fill a regular A cup. I am not flat chested - but there is not a lot of boob either. I don't mind their size other than the times I am intimate with someone. When I stretch my arms above my head as I lay during sex, I am basically flat chested. Or when he reaches to feel my breasts, my self-esteem feels shattered. I feel as though he has nothing to hold onto and that the other perks to my appearance totally disappear because the size of my breasts will turn him off. Guys - could this really be such a huge turn off? I feel as though I have let the guy down by not giving him breasts to love and hold. People tell me the 'right guy' won't mind it, that I am 'hot anyway' and he will want to be with ME, but honestly I don't know how much of that is true and how much is just a matter of him getting used to the fact that I don't have boobs when he would prefer it deep-down. I just can't seem to feel good about myself during sex because of this, other than sex I don't care if I have small boobs or not. But not to be able to please the person I am with because what I am physically lacking hurts my confidence so much. Am I projecting too much of my insecurity into reality? Maybe guys don't mind such small boobs? Or are my breasts really a turn off even though I am 'good looking' overall? Thanks for your help guys. Your honest comments and opinions are appreciated.

(29)Even though guys don't have boobs, we know that boobs flatten when women lay on their backs. We barely even notice. We're just taking in the whole "you."
