In that case I wouldn't really consider that being jailbait. If the guys 19 that might be a little iffy since laws seem to favor the age gap being no more than 2 years between an adult and minor. But if you're not having sex then don't worry about it. When you do turn 18 he'll be 21 and most people wouldn't bat an eye at those two people having a relationship.
