I think its a part of bodily autonomy. People have the right to do as they wish with their bodies as long as it doesn't harm others.

If she's honest and tells them where the money came from, then she risks losing some of them as friends and family can be really judgmental.

In the end though this is really nobody's business. I think it's interesting that all the guys here think she's going to feel some terrible shame. I can tell you that in the context of that kind of money nobody feels shame.
