Most strip clubs do not allow that. If they do they are either little hole in the wall strip clubs or just the opposite and probably really high class celebrity type places. That said, I would never pay for sex myself.

Likely the vast majority of strip clubs do not allow any prostitution on premises, losing a licence for this would be really bad for business. If someone wants to pay for sex, it’s their personal choice, I have never done it.

A lot of people are missing that the further detail says South Africa. Different places, different rules as you say. There is the famous Churchill story (which is probably fictional) in which he alledgely asks a society lady if she would sleep with a man for a million pounds. She responds 'Well if he was handsome'. The Churchill asks if she would for 5 shillings. Society lady is offended "What do you think I am' Churchill 'Madam we have already established that just arguing about the price'.
