I have played male orgasm denial in the past with an ex. Intense isn't the word.

I was horny all the time. It made me think about sex much more often. I stopped glancing at attractive women, and started staring at them. And I even started to notice the more plain girl.

Speaking from personal experience,

1) due to the lack of "happy hormone", we'll be generally "unhappy" and likely grouchy.

2) on the less serious level, we got more moody and less productive in works and during play, "pretentious" (fake laugh, fake smile, ... )
