Honestly? "Pile Driving", missionary or otherwise (alternatives can be if the lady can throw her legs back against my shoulders, or wrap them around me, etc.

The problems with "Doggy style":
1. Lack of face to face intimacy
2. Penis tends to fall out in between each thrust, unless the woman is face down on the bed, up against a wall, over a chair, etc.
