Typically, any water-based lube, food-grade oil (grapeseed is inexpensive, widely available, easily digested, keeps well in the fridge, and is almost tasteless), or even silicone preps will work well as a lubricant. (As a Massage Therapist, I use grapeseed oil, decanting only what I need for a session or two into a squirt bottle and keeping my stock bottle in the fridge).
Often, the choice of lube comes down to some of the surfaces it will contact. Some toys will only work with water-soluble lubes without breaking down, etc. Some may have a laxative effect on the user. Read any warning on toy packages. Check things out- even with a doctor if needed- before you buy or use them.
"Nuru"-style lubes are available, but somewhat costly. Some have made their own substitute from hydrocellulose and sodium polyacrylate- the latter being that "super soaker-upper" put in disposable diapers- in water.0 0 0 0

Normal KY. Some people prefer a silicone based lubricant because they last longer but I think they provide less lubrication.

i mean I don't know what's like the "best", never used any for anal i think.. but ik they make ones specifically for anal so ig that would be the best? but tbh, it's not that much better ig, just use a lot of reg lube, it's the same

0 0 0 0You want one thats silicone based rather than water based so it doesn't dry out and go sticky. E45 cream, although not for internal use is very good.
0 1 0 0I don't know, sorry.
