Unless the woman is a black belt in martial arts i highly doubt she can overpower a 14 year old guy. Guys are naturally much stronger than girls. If you see a picture of a 14 year old boy i'm almost certain he'll have much more muscle mass than an average adult woman.
As long as he doesn't punch she has a chance. But when it comes to a fight i would bet on a 13 year old against an adult women if he was avarage or big and not feminised. Whoever said that is a fucking idiot. That's it. A 14yo child, in some cases, can definitely overpower an adult woman but not always. In fact, its probably rare. Unless you had some 14yo kid who grew up in a shitty neighborhood and had to fight his way through life for survival, than no.

I never said women are weak, but on average they are weaker than men, and that includes a lot of 14 year olds. You can just disagree all you want but it doesn't change the facts.

Probably few women. Your average 14 year old boy probably has the same muscle mass plus a significant stamina advantage.

Lots of boys can overpower an adult female. At age 14, I was already playing football and lifting weights. I could have easily overpowered an adult female.
But there are tons of boys who can't. Some women are tall and big
