My parents was very open about sex I could talk to my mom or dad easily about sex. I remember my dad saying nobody can teach you about sex. The best person to teach you about sex is communicating with who you are having sex with. He said if that person isn’t comfortable about communicating with you the sex isn’t going to be great. He also said if your uncomfortable or not confident you can communicate with that person the sex isn’t going to be good either. It didn’t make to much sense to me till I started realizing how true it was!

There could be other reasons. But I think the main one is this girl (whether experienced or not) is comfortable with their sexuality and understand themselves on that sexual level. This can range from either: having experiences, knowing what they might like, and what they want to try out. Along with acceptance of themselves.

There is a difference between nice girls and polite girls. Polite girls would probably hold back a bit and just because a girl is nice really has nothing to do with being able to freely talk about their sexual thoughts. It's also more like to do with whomever they are with at that particular time and as long as they feel comfortable... I'm sure they are much more willing to open up. Not all nice girls are polite though polite girls can be nice.
Some might be concerned about how they're perceived by others or don't want guys to think they're horny. Others don't care.
