Why the virginity of a girl is more special than the virginity of a men?

Because if she gives birth 7 months after her "virginal" wedding to normal healthy child, the child is probably not a rightful heir, and the man gets cucked to raising someone else's baby. Questions about parentage are much harder to determine on the male side than female.

The disparity: It may have something to do with role-thinking in a society.
Virginity has no other than a social function. Mankind has come up with all sorts of rituals and standards that make no other sense than manipulating or controlling certain 'wanted' behaviour.

Worth is ultimately defined by what people are willing to pay for. And the plain fact is some guys would be willing to pay to be a girl's first time whereas far fewer girls (if any) would be willing to pay to be a guy's first time.

Historically? A virgin woman can't be pregnant with another man's child, not can she be infected with an StD. Today? Just a way to control young women. We have pregnancy tests and blood tests and paternity tests so virginity has no practical value.

I don't think it is, I place no importance on virginity. That being said, the double standard comes from puritanical ideas about women, sex, and purity. It's outdated and antiquated.
