At least if I get caught I'm with someone else but if I catch other people I might be by myself so I would be hella embarrassed
You know what's worse than both of those, being caught climaxing and screaming! I think being caught is worse than the person who caught you. I can speak from experience because I caught my parents once when I was younger and they felt worse than I did. I was just laughing about it. Lol

Honestly, neither. If i caught someone i would be like "good job, have fun" if i am caught I'm just like " umm hey, we are a little busy, can you come back later?". I have no shame and think sex is just a natural part of life.
