I started wearing them a little after I turned 14... but not for boys. I think she's too young to be doing that with a boy, but it is just underwear.
Well, it's really up to her if she wants to wear one or not. Just because you think that she shouldn't, doesn't make you right about her not wearing one. But in my OPINION, I think she's a little young for that.

As a guy who has been 13 I can see why he would want his girlfriend to wear a thong but also buying one for and encouraging your 13 year old sister to sexualise her self is kinda wrong
